Last - the leash and duct tape trinkets can make aiming easier with her, but that’s rare so practicing aiming with the regular incubus is important. The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. I can’t remember which so some Googling might help there. I recall that some pickups that confer tear effects just don’t work with her. If you get a second Incubus it’s worth considering dropping Box of Friends for another active item if a good one appears.(note - you unlock Cambion Conception as a Lilith starting item by beating Blue Baby with her.). I get hit a lot so I usually gain one or more new familiars as the game goes. Watch to see what additional familiars she gains from Cambion Conception.
Obviously getting BFF and collecting more familiars (if you keep box of friends) is a good strategy. Sort of like having little Brim but with less damage. I think you have to practice the art of firing with precision with a familiar. She is great for Greed mode - and if you can get there - for Boss Rush (both assuming you keep box of friends so you can fill the room with followers.) I always enjoyed playing Lilith in the Binding of Isaac so I wanted to make a model for her.
